Trinity We believe in one God¹ eternally existing in three Persons² - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one in nature, essence, and being; the Father being of none, and thereby unbegotten, the Son being eternally begotten of the Father before all time, and the Holy Spirit eternally proceeding from the Father through the Son³.

Holy Scriptures We believe in the verbal plenary inspiration of the Bible. The Bible is in the truest sense the very Word of God; given by the inspiration of God¹, without error, authoritative, and all sufficient², being the supreme and final word in all matters of faith and practice³.

Incarnation of the Son We believe in the incarnation of the eternal Son of God by which He became the Man, Jesus Christ¹ our Lord². He lived a life of sinless obedience to the will of His Father, being sinlessly begotten of the Holy Spirit³ and born of the virgin Mary⁴ - very God, yet truly Man.⁵

Atoning Death of Christ We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ died a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins upon the cross¹. This sacrifice met the requirements of God’s Holiness² through the shedding of His precious blood. His precious blood, that cleanses us from all sin, made it possible for God to be just, and yet justify all who receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior³.

Resurrection of Christ We believe in the bodily resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ from the grave, and that He is alive today, having ascended to the right hand of God on High. Of this, He gave Indisputable evidence, appearing unto many over a period of forty days¹. Then He, in the presence of credible witnesses, ascended up to heaven² where He is now enthroned at the Father's right hand³.

Salvation by Grace We believe we cannot be saved or reach God through our own merit or good works¹. We believe we must repent of our sinfulness by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as the One who died upon the cross for our sins, and as the One who was buried and then rose from the dead on the third day². Because of His merit, His death, burial, and resurrection, He now grants salvation by grace to everyone who puts their trust in Him³.

Unity of the Church We believe that there is but one true Church, which is the Body of Christ, composed of all true believers who have lived from the Day of Pentecost¹ until the coming of Christ for His Church². We believe that the local church should be an expression of that true Church, and that the only qualification for membership in the local church is membership in that Church³. We welcome all of those who have been born again. We believe Jesus Christ is the Head of the church⁴ and that devotion to Him results in a new, and righteous way of living in the life of the believer distinguishing him from those who do not take the name of Christ.⁵ However, separation from other godly believers is foreign to the Bible. Jesus prayed "...that all may be one...so that the world may believe."⁶

Priesthood of All Believers We believe in no distinction between clergy and laity. We believe elders are appointed by God to be examples to the flock, but priesthood does not belong solely to them but is the common possession of every believer¹. As such, each believer is encouraged to identify with Jesus Christ through baptism and to stir up and humbly exercise their spiritual gifts and priesthood. Men are encouraged to publicly pray, offer up sacrifices of praise, and share from God’s Word².

We believe He will set up His kingdom and rule and reign for a thousand years, after which time He will create a new heaven and new earth in which righteousness will dwell forever and ever¹.
